According to the official, the driver of a red Dodge Neon was traveling southbound on Jefferson St. while the driver of a red Toyota Tundra was traveling eastbound on the access road. Both a witness and the driver of the Neon said the southbound light was green. The driver of the Tundra, however, said he didn’t know if he had a green light or not. He said he was looking in his rearview mirror and lost sight of it. As a result, he struck the Neon.
