In celebration of this holiday season, the San Angelo Broadway Academy will present the festive feel-good musical of the movie classic Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, said a press release Tuesday. The musical will run Dec. 11 – Dec. 13 at Foster Communications Coliseum.
According to the release, this classic holiday musical tells the story of two ex-army pals who team up with a pair of sisters and put on a show to save a remote Vermont ski lodge that’s fallen on hard times. Spectators will get to witness a little mischief, a few misunderstandings and a whole lot of romance. Performers will dance to the classical sounds of Sisters, Blue Skies, and of course, White Christmas.
Show times include Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased in advance at www.sabroadwayacademy.org, or by calling (325)763-4807. Tickets will also be available at the door one hour prior to each performance with doors opening for seating 30 minutes prior to curtain. All tickets purchased in advance will be held at the box office until the night of the performance. All seating is general admission.
