Another San Angelo Man Arrested for Child Pornography

At approximately 4:50 p.m. yesterday, San Angelo Police arrested Nicholas Glass, 33, for Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography after officers responded to his residence in the 4400 block of Kalamath Circle for a domestic disturbance call, something that isn’t unusual for Glass.

Sgt. Cade Solsbery, public information officer for SAPD, said Officer J. Villalobos met with the complainant, Glass’ wife, who told him she and Glass had an argument because she had found naked pictures of an underage female on his cell phone. Glass’ wife also found a text message conversation between her husband and another underage female.

“During this conversation, Glass sent the pictures of the underage female he had on his phone in exchange for pictures of the underage female with which he was having a text message conversation,” Solsbery stated.

Solsbery added that Glass’ wife had the cell phone in her possession and showed Officer Villalobos the pictures.

During the investigation, Glass was seen in the area and the officer made contact with him. Glass was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Green County Jail where he was charged with the stated crime.

This is Glass’ seventh arrest since 2011. His last offense occurred in March of this year, and he was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury. He was also arrested for expired registration and failed to appear in court at that time.
