This Open House is free to the public and will begin at 6 p.m. A tour and a reception will be included in the evening's activities. Additionally, Dr. Michael Dixon, associate professor of biology, will present "The Curious Complexity of Frogs: Thing Your Elementary Science Teacher Forgot to Tell You," at 6:30 pm.

The National Science Foundation awarded ASU a grant in the amount of $480,865 in 2012.This grant was used to make all the specimens available to researchers and educators around the world on online databases. Faculty and students in the biology department of ASU are nearing the completion of a three year project.
