SAN ANGELO, TX — U.S. Rep. August Pfluger (TX-11) announced that his office will host mobile office hours this week in San Angelo and San Saba to assist constituents affected by recent flooding across Central and West Texas.
The mobile office hours aim to help residents replace critical documents lost or damaged in the disaster, including Social Security cards, passports, birth certificates, and more.
Pfluger’s team will be available in San Saba on Tuesday, July 22, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 504 W Wallace St. They will also be in San Angelo on Tuesday, July 22, and Thursday, July 24, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Concho Valley Transit Annex/DRC located at 506 N. Chadbourne St.
"My top priority in Congress is providing second-to-none constituent services to 11th District residents, especially in times of disaster," Rep. Pfluger stated. "To help achieve this and ensure every person in need of assistance can easily access it, my team will be holding mobile office hours in areas heavily impacted by the devastating July 4th flooding. While the majority of my offices located across the district will continue to operate as usual, these mobile office hours will ensure that everyone in Texas's 11th Congressional District has the opportunity to receive the assistance they need. My team and I stand ready to help you."
Additional mobile office dates and locations are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Constituents unable to attend can contact any of Rep. Pfluger’s offices for help.
