West 29th Street to Close for Roadway Reconstruction

SAN ANGELO, TX— A portion of West 29th Street will be closed to through traffic starting Wednesday, June 25, as crews begin roadway reconstruction in the area, city officials announced.

The closure will affect West 29th Street from Martin Luther King Drive to North Chadbourne Street. While no through traffic will be allowed on this stretch, northbound and southbound traffic on North Irving Street will remain open.

Access to homes and businesses within the closure area will be maintained throughout the project, officials said.

Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes and exercise caution in the area.
