Police: Alleged Perv Arrested After Police Locate Victims

 

SAN ANTONIO, TX –– Police have arrested a suspect accused of forcing an underage girl into prostitution.

According to authorities, police became aware of the situation after officers received reports of several victims being sexually assaulted inside hotel rooms of Spectrum 1 Rd.

When officers arrived at the scene, they took two underage victims into custody. The victims told police they had experienced sexual assault and had been forced into prostitution by multiple individuals.

Authorities then identified the suspect, Carlos Louis Llorca, as one of the owners of the hotel room. 

One of the victims told police Llorca provided the space for the illicit activities and that she received money for the sexual intercourse.

Victims also provided police with video footage of the abuse taking place. The footage showed LLorca engaging in sexual intercourse with one of the victims.

During an interview with police, Llorca admitted to providing the victims with food and shelter inside his hotel room –– but denied engaging in sexual activity.

As a result, Llorca has been charged with Trafficking of a Person Under the Age of 18 for prostitution.

His bond has been set at $250,000.
