Woman Arrested After Pointing Loaded Gun At Trick-or-Treater

 

BUDA, TX –– A 35-year-old woman was arrested on Halloween after she pointed a loaded gun at a trick-or-treater.

According to the Hays County Sheriff's Office, Monica Ann Bradford was observed yelling at the children trick-or-treating outside her home.

Bradford then walked outside and pointed a gun at a 7-year-old child who was walking in front of her home.

Bradford was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a second-degree felony.

She was booked into the Hays County Jail and her bond was set at $10,000.
