Suspect Arrested for Drugging and Assaulting Teen

UNIVERSAL CITY, TX –– A 20-year-old suspect is facing serious charges after police say he allegedly sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl at a party.

According to Universal City PD, the victim was one of the three people that got sick while drinking at the party.

Court documents state that on January 30th, the teen and her boyfriend attended a small party where the suspect, Brian Rivera Jr., was mixing drinks.

According to authorities, the victim, her boyfriend, and another woman became ill from the drinks. The boyfriend and the other woman vomited and then fell asleep.

Even after telling the suspects to stop, both men sexually assaulted the teen who was too weakened from the drugs and alcohol to fight them off.

Rivera has now been charged with aggravated sexual assault, a first-degree felony. An arrest warrant has been issued for the second susepct.
