Suspect Rams Pickup Into Neighbors Home After Argument

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A San Antonio man is facing charges after he intentionally crashed his truck into a neighbors house multiple times.

According to SAPD, 27-year-old Joe Rodriguez was in an argument with his neighbor because the neighbor had called the police to report Rodriguez.

Officers arrived at the scene and told the neighbor to simply ignore Rodriguez.

After the police left, Rodriguez stood outside the neighbors home yelling and banging on the fence and wanting to fight him.

Rodriguez then got into his F-150 and drove through the fence and house. He then backed up and ran into the home two more times.

The neighbor then had his wife hide in their bathroom shower as he called 9-1-1 again.

After he finished ramming into the house, Rodriguez began throwing rocks at the home and broke the front windows.

He then allegedly attacked a second neighbor who happened to be standing by his car nearby on the street.

Rodriguez returned to his home and initially refused to come out when the law enforcement arrived.

The suspect ultimately complied and he was charged with Criminal Mischief, which is a felony.

The damage is expected to be around $4,650.
