Woman Punched Elderly Man After He Refused to Take Her to Buy Drugs

 

SAN ANTONIO, TX -- A 28-year-old woman is facing charges after she allegedly punched a 65-year-old man.

According to court documents, the victim was driving the car when Rosemary Trejo became upset. After he refused to take her to buy drugs the victim pulled over and Trejo got out.

Shortly afterward the victim realized Trejo had his phone. When he asked for it back Trejo punched him in the face.

Trejo is now facing 3rd-degree felony charges for assaulting an elderly individual.
