SAPD: Neighbors Find Fatally Wounded Woman in Pool of Blood

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A 26-year-old was found by her neighbors Wednesday morning critically wounded and lying in a pool of her own blood.

According to KTXS, on July 22, officers with the San Antonio Police Department were dispatched to the 5200 block of Eisenhauer Road for the report of a deceased person. Neighbors claimed to see the door of the 26-year-old woman's apartment door open and once they looked inside they found the body lying in a pool of blood. They also found a two year old boy sleeping in a bedroom.

Once officers arrived, the victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition. She later died in the hospital due to head trauma.

Police have not revealed the identity of the woman and as of now they have no suspects. A PIO with the SAPD did say however that there were no signs of forced entry so the victim may have known the attacker.

Officers have already began recovering evidence from the scene and collecting clues to catch the killer. If you have any information contact the San Antonio Police Department.

... differently. The way it is worded now is what I consider... " Click Bait " because the letters " SAPD " makes it appear that it's an article from our local police department... which is also ....
" SAPD " ! You could have used ...San Antonio PD ... or The San Antonio's PD ... just sayin Matt!

The title of this article is very misleading. I thought it was actually San Angelo PD and San Angelo had a murder!
