Police Searching for Suspects in Murder of West Texas Oilfield Worker

 

SAN ANTONIO, TX — More than a week after Frederick James Nesloney was shot to death in his truck, authorities have confirmed Nesloney was an oilfield worker on his way to West Texas.

Nesloney had been traveling with his wife when a car pulled up to the driver’s window and fired a fatal shot. Nesloney was killed instantly while his wife was injured after the couple’s truck struck the vehicle of an off-duty police officer near a construction site.
