Authorities Investigating Explosion at Popular Bar

HOUSTON, TX – The FBI has stepped in to join the Houston Police Department in their investigation of an explosion that occurred at a popular Museum District bar early Friday morning.

Reports indicate the explosion happened around 4:45 a.m. at Bar 5015 located at 5015 Almeda Rd. 

HPD claims that no one was in the bar at the time of the explosion, however witnesses state the damage is significant.

No injuries have been reported at this time.
