Police Suspect Protestors Set Fire to San Antonio Parole Office

SAN ANTONIO, TX — Protests continue across the nation, and in San Antonio, a group of individuals allegedly attempted to burn down the parole office.

According to KTXS, around 2:00 a.m. firefighters were called to an active fire at the 2900 block of NE Loop 410 where they found the front lobby of the parole office on fire.

The firefighters were able to contain the fire and prevented further damage to the building. According to officials, it appears that someone broke in through the front door and then used some accelerant to light the lobby on fire.
