Paralegal in U.S Attorney's Office Accused of Tipping Off Cartel Leaders

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Jennifer Loya has been arrested after the FBI claimed she used her position as a paralegal in the U.S. Attorney’s Office to tip off a Mexican drug cartel about possible raids and investigations.

According to KABB, Loya had been employed with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas in San Antonio since March of 2017.

She is accused of using electronic surveillance available to her to tip-off various investigations that included Israel Fernandez-Vasquez, who is a leader in the Cartel del Noreste (CDN) and his associates. The Cartel del Noreste is accused of smuggling large amounts of cocaine, heroin, and meth into San Antonio.

Fernandez-Vasquez was deported in May of 2018, but authorities believe he continues operating in San Antonio while living in Monterrey, Mexico.

Loya’s sister Kimberly is married to Roland Gustamante, who is an associate of Fernandez-Vasquez. The three were involved in helping Fernandez-Vasquez run his cartel while he is in Monterrey. Loya also allegedly printed out documents relating to the investigations while at work.

As part of the cartel, Gustamante and Kimberly delivered money back to Fernandez-Vasquez. They often used a vehicle registered to Loya to transport the drug money across the border. Court documents indicate Loya’s vehicle crossed the border into Mexico 21 times in 9 months.

Members of the Cartel del Noreste told FBI agents they had information about upcoming raids because Gustamante knew someone that worked for the U.S government that gave them information. One associate even bragged to FBI agents that he knew they were coming for him and “appeared the drugs had been moved overnight,’ according to court records.”

Loya wasn’t specifically named by anyone, but the FBI was able to uncover her connection to Gustamante.

Loya is facing charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing meth, obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Like much of what arrives and slithers over the border, Mexico's drugs are also sub-par.

If consuming substandard drugs aren't really an issue with you, do a quick search into the little pot-bellied, midget cretins who operate and distribute this junk. You get ripped off, and they get gold plated firearms and inexhaustible funding to flood the market with even more inferior product, as well as other endeavors from this industrious, wonderful shithole, such as "Coyote" travel agent services, and salaries to hire more portly cucarachas to do their bidding.

Twenty years in Afghanistan, while the very real and palpable threat to our Nation is in full swing just a few hours over the border, and as evidenced in this article, has spilled over into our own country.

Make America Great Again, and if Mexico cannot get their shit together, turn it into a giant landfill.

Prove him wrong if you don't like what he says.

Mexico did nothing for you but give you crumbs for back-breaking toil and responded to your cries of injustice with gales of laughter, a hail of gunfire and strategic negligence by law enforcement. Here, you let the sap in your veins run lukewarm and expect to be treated with kid gloves for perpetrating (often poorly executed) criminal activity. You don't know how the system works and you never bothered to figure it out because, hey, beer! If the authorities and some AI run drones grind you down, it's because you are wooden men.

You have an opportunity in this nation that was never available to you back in Latin America, which arose due to peculiar historical circumstances, which if lost may never become available again. If you can't see that and continue to side with a motherland that scorns you as an "hijo de la Chingada," you can forget about all the "Reconquista," "revenge of Monteczuma" bullshit and prepare yourself for the "reckoning of Quetzalcoatl."

America has no obligation to you, but rather you have failed to recognize your civic duties.
