Suspect Charged With Impregnating a Minor in a School Parking Lot

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Jose Luis Gloria has been arrested after being accused of impregnating a 14-year-old girl in an elementary school parking lot.

According to KABB, Gloria, 23, met the alleged victim in 2019 on social media and they both decided to meet in the parking lot of an elementary school. Gloria and the 14-year-old had sex in his car.

The victim later learned she was pregnant and gave birth to a baby. The DNA lab results showed that Gloria was “not excluded as the biological father."

Gloria was charged with the sexual assault of a child.
