Missing Woman Found Dead Inside Her Home

SAN ANTONIO, TX –A week after being reported missing, police located 56-year-old Roxann Rodriguez Chavez was found dead inside her home.

According to My San Antonio, Chavez had last been seen near the 9000 block of Trendwood on April 12.

The circumstances of her death are currently being investigated by the San Antonio Police Department homicide unit. Chavez suffered from several medical conditions and required medical treatment.

The cause and manner of her death have not yet been released.
