FBI: Wichita Falls Man Arrested After Urging Others to Shoot Democrats "On Sight"

WITCHITA FALLS, TX – The FBI has arrested Gavin Weslee Blake Perry after he posted threats that encouraged people to shoot public officials “on sight” using “live rounds” if they were democrats.

According to NBC5, the 27-year-old was charged with transmitting a threatening communication in interstate commerce on March 23. The case was brought to the authorities' attention after they were contacted by a concerned citizen.

“The Department of Justice takes the security of our public servants seriously,” said U.S. Attorney Erin Nealy Cox of Dallas in a prepared statement. “Americans are entitled to voice their opinions, but we will not allow them to threaten our officials’ physical safety.”

This is not the first time Perry has been in trouble with the law and has been arrested six times in Wichita Falls for assault, contempt of court and public intoxication.

According to local media, this was Perry’s rant on Facebook:

“If youre a dem or apart of the establishment in the democrats side I view you as a criminal and a terrorist and I advise everyone to Go SOS [shoot on sight] and use live rounds.”

“This is not gonna change until we attact NSA the DOJ the FBI and Any other agencies who want to get involved. Shoot to kill. This is a revolution.”

“[Pelosi] is apart of a satanic cult and so are the people who work closly with her. Dems of the establishment will be removed at any cost necessary and yes that means by death.”
