SAN ANGELO, TX — San Angelo Central offensive lineman Jeffrey Flood announced his third college football offer Tuesday.
Flood, a senior listed at 6 feet and 260 pounds, is a top candidate to move into the starting lineup for the Bobcats this fall.
Flood’s latest offer came from Kansas Wesleyan, an NAIA school in Salina, Kansas that went 7-4 last year.
He also has offers from Nelson University, an NAIA school in Waxahachie, and Howard Payne University, an NCAA Division III school in Brownwood.

Flood is one of a handful of Central offensive linemen getting attention from college scouts.
Ethan Boyd, the leader of the Bobcats’ line, has committed to play for NCAA Division I UTSA, after receiving 12 D-I offers. Parker Havercroft has earned two offers from Graceland and Howard Payne, while Jose Ibarra has also picked up an offer from Howard Payne.
On the other side of the ball, defensive lineman Riley Oines has had four offers from D-I Drake, D-II Arkansas-Monticello and D-III Oberlin and Howard Payne.
Central went 8-4 last year and won its first playoff game since 2020. The Bobcats return six starters on offense and five on defense. They were picked to finish third in District 2-6A by Texas Football.
