COLLEGE STATION, TX — Former Wall Hawk Augden Hallmark will make his final High School Baseball appearance at the 2024 Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association (THSBCA) All-Star Game.
The THSBCA selected Hallmark as one of the pitchers to represent the North All-Stars in the 1A to 4A Divisions. Hallmark is known for his ability as a closer and started and finished several games for the Hawks this past season with his signature fastball.
Augden was also the Hawks' starting shortstop and one of the most talented hitters on the team. Hallmark heads to Midland College next fall to begin his freshman semester in college. The talented baseball players signed with Midland College to play at the next level back in November.
The Wall Hawks finished with an impressive undefeated district record on their way to another District Championship. The Hawks claimed a Bi-District win before falling to Iowa Park in the Area Round. Hallmark finished the year with some extra hardware as he was voted Co-MVP of District 2-3A with fellow teammate Gunnar Dillard.
The THSBCA All-Star Game will be played at Dell Diamond in Round Rock on Saturday, June 15, at noon.
