SAN ANGELO, TX — The Angelo State University Cheer Team will host a College Prep Cheer Clinic for local and area high school and ASU students on Sunday, Feb. 11, in ASU's Ben Kelly Center for Human Performance at 2050 S. Johnson St.
Advance registration for the clinic is required and opens next Tuesday.
College Prep Clinic - Sunday, Feb. 11
- Cost: $30 per person
- Check-in: 12:30 p.m.
- Clinic: 1-4 p.m.
- Online Registration: Opens January 16 at angelo.edu/cheer-college-prep
Participants will work on college-level group stunts, baskets, pyramids, tumbling, and gameday expectations and learn the ASU Fight Song. This is a great opportunity to work on skills to prepare for college tryouts or progress individual skills for high school team tryouts.
Additionally, the registration periods for two upcoming ASU Cheer Clinics later this month have been extended, and there is still time to sign up.

Middle & High School One-on-One Sessions - Saturday, January 20
- Cost: $50 per person
- Clinic: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Sessions: 45 minutes per person
- Check-in: 15 minutes prior to scheduled session (Session times will be emailed in advance.)

Spirit Day - Saturday, January 27
- Cost: $60 per person (group rates also available)
- Check in: 8 a.m.
- Clinic: 8:30-11 a.m.

- Cost includes tickets to the Rams and Rambelles basketball games at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
