MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The Cowboys hung 40 points on the Vikings' defense while only giving up three points all day. After the loss in overtime to the Green Bay Packers last week, the Cowboys responded in the best of ways.
Dak Prescott was accurate with his throws, had zero turnovers, and found Tony Pollard for multiple touchdowns. Pollard made the highlight reel on a short pass from Prescott that he caught in the flat and turned into a 68-yard touchdown.
Ezekiel Elliot returned from injury and made an immediate impact by getting into the end zone twice. Brent Maher kicked four field goals, and Dallas made a statement to the rest of the NFL after giving the Vikings a 40-3 beating.
Dak Prescott threw for 276 yards on 22/25 passing with two touchdowns.
Ezekiel Elliot ran the ball 15 times for 42 yards and two touchdowns.
Tony Pollard led the Cowboys in both rushing, with 15 carries for 80 yards, and receiving, with six catches for 106 yards and two touchdowns.
The Dallas Cowboys (7-3) host their division rival, the New York Giants (7-3), in Arlington on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24, at 3:30 p.m.

WASHINGTON 23, HOUSTON 10
HOUSTON, TX — Texas’ other NFL team did not fare as well as the Cowboys today. The Washington Commanders came to Houston and dominated the Texans in all facets of the game. Unfortunately, another lackluster offensive performance saw the Texans drop their 5th straight game. Holding the NFL’s worst record at 1-8-1, the Texans managed only 146 yards of total offense on the day.
Davis Mills completed 19 of 33 passes for 169 yards with no touchdowns, and two interceptions, with a quarterback rating of just 46.2.
Damien Pierce was held to just 8 yards on 10 carries.
The Houston Texans (1-8-1) will head east to face the Miami Dolphins (7-3), who were on a bye this week. The game is on Sunday, Nov. 27, at 12 p.m. at Hardrock Stadium in Miami.
