Brews, Ewes & BBQ Returns with a Stacked Stage, Sizzling Cook-Off, and Family Fun

SAN ANGELO, TX - Mark your calendars for March 7, 2026 because Brews, Ewes & BBQ is bringing the smoke, the sound, and the spirit back to Downtown San Angelo. From live music and craft brews to a high-energy BBQ Cook-Off, Kids’ Que, and a bustling vendor fair, this full-day celebration promises something for everyone. 

"Hosted by Downtown San Angelo, Inc., Brews, Ewes & BBQ is a community tradition that transforms the historic heart of downtown into a hub of flavor, fellowship, and friendly competition," information from Downtown San Angelo stated. "This year’s entertainment lineup is bringing the energy all day long with blues, rock, and mesmerizing dance performances that will keep the crowd moving!" 

12:00 PM – 12:45 PM

Kick things off with Billy Dan’s One Man Blues Band - a powerhouse solo act delivering gritty blues, soulful rhythms, and serious foot-stompin’ fun. One man. One stage. Big sound.

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM

Feel the rhythm with the captivating Rak Sanan Belly Dancers. Expect vibrant costumes, infectious music, and high-energy performances that will have the whole crowd mesmerized.

1:45 PM – 3:00 PM

Rock out with War Child as they crank up the volume with driving beats and crowd-pleasing favorites that keep the party rolling.

3:15 PM – 4:30 PM

Close out the live music with the electrifying Nasty Nate Band. Big sound, big energy, and the perfect soundtrack to your BBQ feast.

5:30 PM – Cook-Off Awards Ceremony

Stick around to see who takes home the bragging rights at this year’s BBQ Cook-Off.

Pitmasters from across the region will fire up their smokers to compete in the official BBQ Cook-Off, serving up their best in pursuit of trophies, prizes, and ultimate bragging rights.

The Kids’ Que will once again highlight the next generation of BBQ talent, giving young competitors the chance to showcase their skills and confidence in a supportive, exciting environment.

Craft brew vendors will be on site offering a curated selection of beverages for purchase, perfectly paired with the smoky flavors filling the air. Food vendors will also be available throughout the day, serving up delicious options for attendees to buy.

The Brews, Ewes & BBQ Vendor Fair will run from 11:00 AM to approximately 5:30 PM, featuring local artisans, makers, and businesses. The vendor fair entrance and live entertainment are free for the public to enjoy, making it an easy and accessible way for families and friends to spend the day downtown. 

While entry to the event is free, food and brew purchases will be available for those ready to indulge and support participating vendors.
