San Angelo Police Officers Coalition Launches Fundraiser for Officer’s Son Battling Leukemia

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The San Angelo Police Officers Coalition has launched a GoFundMe campaign to assist Officer Francis, a 16-year veteran of the San Angelo Police Department, and his family during a challenging time.

Officer Francis’ oldest son was recently diagnosed with leukemia and is undergoing treatment at Cook’s Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth.

The Francis family is seeking financial assistance as they navigate medical expenses and other costs associated with Kian’s care. Officer Francis has been a dedicated member of the department, known for his involvement in community programs, including organizing SAPOC’s Blue Santa event, information stated. 

The GoFundMe campaign has already raised $4,845 of its $12,000 goal from 37 donors.
