San Angelo City Offices to Open Late Jan. 9 Due to Potential Ice

SAN ANGELO, TX - City of San Angelo offices will delay opening on Thursday, Jan. 9 due to potential icy conditions on roadways, overpasses, and bridges.

City offices will open at 10 a.m. on Jan. 9. Should anything change, the city stated that it would update everyone through SATV (Optimum channel 17), the city's website (cosatx.us/News), social media, and local media.

"We encourage citizens to check local weather services for updates regarding road conditions before traveling tomorrow," the city stated. "Please use caution when driving in icy conditions and take your time if you have to get out and travel on the roadways."
