Concho Valley School Delays and Closures for Thursday, Jan. 9

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — With temperatures expected to drop in the low 30s — and the potential of snow and ice in the forecast — here are the schools in the Concho Valley that have made announcements regarding delays and closures for Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025:

  • Ballinger ISD — School will start two hours late.
  • Brady ISD — School will start at 10 a.m.
  • Christoval ISD — School will start at 10 a.m. Buses will run two hours late. 
  • Crockett County CCSD in Ozona — School will start at 10 a.m. Buses will run. 
  • Eden CISD — School will start at 10 a.m. Buses will run two hours late. 
  • Grape Creek ISD — School will start at 10 a.m. Buses will run two hours late. 
  • Junction ISD — School will be canceled Thursday and will have a 10 a.m. start Friday.
  • Mason ISD — School will start at 10 a.m.
  • Menard ISD — School will start at 10 a.m.
  • Miles ISD — School will start at 10 a.m. Buses will run two hours late. 
  • Reagan County ISD — School will start at normal time.
  • Robert Lee ISD — School will start at normal time.
  • San Angelo ISD — Schools will start two hours late. Buses will run two hours late.
  • Schleicher County ISD in Eldorado — School will start at 10 a.m. 
  • Veribest ISD — School will start at 10 a.m. Buses will run two hours late.
  • Wall ISD — School will start at 10 a.m. Buses will run two hours late.
  • Winters ISD — School will start at normal time.
