Emu Found Running Wild in North San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A variety of lost livestock has been discovered in San Angelo, prompting a call to potential owners to reclaim their animals. 

Among the recently found livestock is an Emu discovered at 2600 Armstrong St. on Wednesday, Jan. 3. 

The animals are currently being held at the shelter located at 3142 U.S. Highway 67 North.

Owners seeking to identify and reclaim their lost livestock are asked to contact the shelter at 325-657-4224 or visit the facility in person. 

Unclaimed livestock will be available for adoption after a 14-day holding period through Animal Services.
