WATCH: Goodfellow Air Force Base Honors Fallen Firefighters

SAN ANGELO – Goodfellow Air Force Base Personnel along with area Firefighters gathered Friday afternoon to memorialize fallen Firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty.  

The ceremony was held at 3 p.m. Friday at Goodfellow Air Force Base.  

Staff Sgt. Bryce Rudisell, who was a Fire Training Instructor at the Louis F. Garland Department of Defense  Fire Academy and assigned to Marine Corps Detachment – Goodfellow AFB was one of those honored Friday. 

He was killed Oct. 2, 2022 following an altercation in San Angelo as we reported at the time.
