Rescuing San Angelo From The Winter Storm

SAN ANGELO, TX -- From power outages to getting around town the record-breaking wintry weather has made it difficult for everyone throughout San Angelo and the Concho Valley.

In a release, earlier this evening, the City of San Angelo announced that the McNease Convention Center would be converted into a warming center for those in need to get out of the cold.

Meanwhile, the San Angelo Jeep Club who's been assisting many throughout the day who were stuck in the snow is now offering transportation to the warming center located at the McNease Convention Center (501 Rio Concho Drive) for anyone who needs it.
