SAN ANGELO, TX - This afternoon, the San Angelo Police Department sent out a flood advisory. The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued an urban and small stream flood advisory for East Central Tom Green County in West Central Texas until 3:45 p.m. today.
"At 1:51 p.m. CDT, Doppler Radar indicated heavy rain over San Angelo. Intense heavy rainfall of one inch will be possible, especially over southwest and south portions of the city, as the storms drift slowly south at 5 mph," said the advisory.
The low water crossing areas that will experience flooding include Jackson from Knickerbocker to S. Bryant; College Hills and Milbrook; Howard and Webster; Southwest Blvd. and Loop 306; Huntington and Sunset; 1500 block of Spaulding; 300 block of N. Archer; Sul Ross at Red Arroyo Crossing; Parkwood and Lindenwood; and Era and Evelyn.
As usual, turn around; don't drown.

I hope this moron's auto insurance company (If they even have insurance), see's this photo and completely denies the claim. Intentionally driving into high water in broad daylight is no different than me being tired of my car, so I drive it into a brick wall to total it so the insurance will pay it off....... They won't pay for my intentional damage I do to mine and shouldn't pay this claim either based on stupidity.
