WATCH: Popular Houston Congressman Dan Crenshaw Rocks West Texas Legislative Summit

SAN ANGELO, TX – Rockstar Republican Congressman Dan Crenshaw was in San Angelo Wednesday for the West Texas Legislative Summit and sat down with San Angelo LIVE! Publisher Joe Hyde for an exclusive and wide ranging interview.

Crenshaw talked about his Avenger's action movie remake. The short YouTube film about uniting the Republican Party raised over a million dollars through streaming ads alone making it a huge success. The Congressman thinks the movie is great move to entice young people onto the Republican side. He is also trying to reach the youth through a tour of college campuses which he is planning and talks of the success of his recent July 4th celebration in Houston.

"The HR-1 is not going to pass thanks to the filibuster which shows no signs of stopping," Crenshaw says. "The bill would basically spell the end of the Republic." But at the same time the Congressman says that the people must not lose faith in the voting system and decide to opt out or boycott the upcoming elections because they are upset with the results of the 2020 election. "You need to get over it and think about the future," he says.

Speaking on healthcare cost Crenshaw says "the real question in healthcare is 'how to take care of the uninsured population' You have to look at health care the way you look at food. You give the person who can't afford the Service a vocher to pay for the service while at the same time allowing the market forces to keep quality high and prices low."

Wonder which sexual assault of a woman in the military he will try to cover up next.

"The Congressman thinks the movie is great move to entice young people onto the Republican side"

They aren't even trying to cover up their blatant propaganda now.

"You need to get over it and think about the future,"

Yes, republicans need to just get over their devastating (to them and their feelings) loss and move on, at least he is honest about it.

The complaint against Crenshaw is political theater. The complaint was made by a whole sheet of Democrats. See the complaint on Twitter (twitter doesn't censor baseless Democrat complaints, especially against Republicans. If this were the other way around, we wouldn't have anything to link).

ME Someone, Thu, 08/05/2021 - 15:55

An investigation concluded he had something to do with it, that complaint you linked came 5 days after the investigation found evidence that he provided information to the VA Secretary in an attempt do discredit the female veteran who filed the complaint.

Here I thought republicans were supposed to be for American veterans, but here you are proving that republicans are against American Veterans.

And twitter doesn't ban "republicans" it bans misinformation, propaganda and conspiracy theories.

Also, you claim twitter is against republicans, yet you use it to attempt to prove your point? Interesting.

Congressman Crenshaw is an actual super hero. Keep up the good work.

“I wonder which sexual assault of a woman in the military he will try to cover up next”.

You’re such a liar! It was determined that the ALLEGED incident never happened.

ME Someone, Thu, 08/05/2021 - 11:40

Doesn't matter if it happened or not, he still tried to cover it up.

ME Someone, Thu, 08/05/2021 - 21:28

Really? There are all kinds of crimes with "attempted" at the beginning.

Can you show me where it didn't happen anyway? No, because you never prove you position.

Besides, even if it didn't happen, did he know that it didn't happen when he tried to cover it up?

Jeff L, Fri, 08/06/2021 - 09:34

Neither can you. So find a new soapbox because that one is out of suds.

You’re the one making the accusation the burden of proof is on you ;)

ME Someone, Fri, 08/06/2021 - 16:38

I'm not the one that said it didn't happen, you are.
