SAN ANGELO, TX — A warm and dry pattern will set in across West Central Texas this week, with temperatures climbing into the upper 80s by midweek, according to the National Weather Service in San Angelo.
After morning fog cleared Sunday, highs are expected to reach the mid-70s today before gradually warming each afternoon. San Angelo is forecast to hit around 80 degrees Monday and Tuesday, then rise to the upper 80s by Wednesday and Thursday
Overnight lows will remain seasonable, generally in the upper 40s to mid-50s.
The National Weather Service notes that isolated elevated fire weather conditions may develop as warm, dry conditions persist through the week.
Forecasters say the region will stay dry with no precipitation expected in the coming days.
