SAN ANGELO, TX - Above-normal temperatures are expected across the region Tuesday, with highs in the upper 60s to mid-70s, but a cold front arriving early Wednesday will bring cooler conditions and scattered light rain to parts of the area.
The National Weather Service reported a slight chance (15%) for isolated showers Tuesday, primarily southeast of a line from Brownwood to Sonora. Northerly winds will shift south at 5 to 10 mph by the afternoon, while temperatures will remain unseasonably warm.
By Wednesday, the cold front will lower daytime highs to the upper 50s and low 60s, with overnight lows dropping into the 30s across much of the region. Isolated showers are likely southeast of San Angelo early Wednesday before conditions dry out.
Forecasters predict dry weather with a warming trend starting Thursday, as highs return to above-normal levels through the weekend. San Angelo’s temperatures will range from highs in the mid-60s to upper 60s and lows in the upper 30s to low 40s.
