Chance of Showers and Thunderstorms

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The National Weather Service's detailed forecast for the San Angelo area shows the likelihood of showers and thunderstorms over the coming days.

Today, there is a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4 p.m. The weather will be mostly sunny with a high near 94 degrees. Winds will come from the south at around 15 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph.

Tonight, the chance of precipitation increases to 40 percent, primarily between 7 p.m. and 1 a.m. The sky will be mostly cloudy, with temperatures dropping to around 67 degrees. Winds will shift from the south to the east, blowing at 10 to 15 mph.

On Friday, there is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. The day will be mostly sunny, with a high near 90 degrees and a southeast wind around 10 mph.

Friday night is expected to be partly cloudy, with a low of around 69 degrees and an east-southeast wind at 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday brings a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m., with mostly sunny skies and a high near 92 degrees. The east-southeast wind will continue at 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday night sees a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1 a.m. Some storms may produce heavy rainfall. The night will be mostly cloudy with a low of around 69 degrees, and a south-southeast wind of around 10 mph.
