Second Taylor County Child Bitten by Rattlesnake

 

TUSCOLA, TX -- An 8-year-old girl was bitten by a rattlesnake Thursday afternoon near Tuscola in Taylor County. 

According to KTXS, the girl was transported to the hospital after being bitten on the hand.  

The snake bite occurred at a residence in the 1200 block of CR 133. 

No information on the child's condition has been released.  

KTXS reported on a one-year-old boy was also bitten by a rattle snake earlier this month.
