Victims Identified in Oxford Mass School Shooting

 

OXFORD, MI- More information, including the identities of the victims have been released following the mass shooting that took place at Oxford High School in Michigan on Tuesday afternoon.

On Tuesday, a 15-year-old Oxford High School sophomore shot several people and killing four. The four who were killed were identified today.

Tate Myre, 16, Hana St. Juliana, 14, Madisyn Baldwin, 17, and Justin Shilling, 17 were the four students killed in the shooting.

Myre died in a patrol car on the way to the hospital and Shilling died Wednesday morning.

Six other students and a teacher were hospitalized with injuries due to the shooting. Only the teacher has been discharged from the hospital.

Several students are in critical condition including two 14-year-olds and a 17-year-old. 3 other students are in stable condition.

The weapon that was used in the shooting was a 9mm Sauer SP 2022 pistol. The suspect, who was taken in without incident and is under suicide watch, had at least two 15-round magazines and several round remaining in one magazine when apprehended.

The suspect’s father had just purchased the firearm on Black Friday.
