Remembering 9/11 as it Happened

NEW YORK – Monday marks the 22nd anniversary of the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks on the United States.  The annual memorial ceremony will be held at the 9/11 memorial near the Bill Aylor River Stage at 9 a.m. Monday.

Many people under 30 don't have any memory of the actual events of that terrible day.  For those who were around and lived through the unimaginable horror and uncertainty of the attacks on that day and the days following, the peace and security before 9/11/01 are gone forever.

The following ten minute video sums up the events of that day and how ordinary people experienced and reacted at the time.
