If I had my dogs living in the same conditions as were shown in that video of the shelter, I would be arrested and charge with animal neglect and cruelty.   So, why is it that Concho Paws personnel have not been arrested and charged accordingly?   Instead, they are given air time to whine about city not giving them what they want, push blame towards everyone and everything else and then start this right to life campaign for abandoned animals.  Seriously, that video could have been an ASPCA commercial and yet no one is held criminally accountable?   Then again, our DA prefers to give plea deals to pedophiles and rapist so they only get probation when they should be locked up for life or executed.  How can any elected official or law enforcement person look at the video and not find Concho Paws guilty of neglect and cruelty?   Maybe we should contact the ASPCA, maybe they have the clout to motivate our local DA and police department to make arrests.
