I love the headline: "We prayed for rain and got it!"
Who prayed for the lack of rain that came before this brief respite in the drought? Whoever they are, it appears they got what they prayed for as well.
Methinks praying for rain is not going to get the job done. Simply said, it is going to get hotter and drier... and that's on us.
