SAN ANGELO, TX – The City of San Angelo is closing out the work week with 13 new Covid-19 infections. This brings the total case count to more than 17,000.
According to officials, there are currently five patients hospitalized and 47 active infections.
In San Angelo, the age group with the highest number of positive cases is 20-29, followed by those between the ages of 30-39, and 50-59.
The Department of State Health Services is reporting that currently in San Angelo at least 43,430 individuals have one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and 39,126 individuals have been fully vaccinated.
