Midland ISD Rescinds Mask Mandate Ahead of Graduation

 

MIDLAND, TX -- With only a few days left in the school year, the Midland ISD Board of Trustees voted to remove the district-wide mask mandate starting May 24th.

According to Midland ISD, this means that students, staff, and parents will no longer be required to use masks at graduation, summer school, and the upcoming school year.

Those who wish to continue wearing masks will continue having the option.
