SAN ANGELO, TX – The CDC has released new guidelines for Americans who have been fully vaccinated.
According to the Center for Disease Control, those who have received the COVID-19 vaccine can resume activities they did before the pandemic.
Fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing. The only exceptions are where they are required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.
Individuals are considered to be fully vaccinated 2 weeks after their second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or 2 weeks after getting the Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
The CDC still recommends Americans follow guidelines at their workplace and local businesses and watch out for symptoms of COVID-19, especially if you’ve been around someone who is sick.
