Slight Uptick in Coronavirus Infections Reported Friday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Friday the City of San Angelo report a slight uptick in COVID-19 numbers.

According to the City of San Angelo's Public Information Office, on May 7, the city's health department reported another 15 COVID-19 infections. This brings the total positive infections since Mar. 2020 to 16,804. 

There are currently 51 active COVID-19 infections in Tom Green County. Tom Green County has a population of 119,200. 

There are currently only three patients hospitalized in Tom Green County with COVID-19.

So far there have been 308 COVID-19 fatalities in Tom Green County. 199 of them were residents of the county.
