Coronavirus: Over 30 Cases on Tuesday Afternoon

SAN ANGELO, TX –– The daily number of cases in Tom Green continues to steadily increase as the health department reports more than 30 new cases on Tuesday.

During the last few weeks, the number of new cases reported daily appeared to be on the decline and began to dwindle below 20. 

Over the last few days, the cases seem to be over 20 on a regular basis.

All but 2 of the 36 cases belong to residents of Tom Green County.

There are currently 236 active cases in Tom Green County –– 8 of the patients are hospitalized.

Tuesday's cases were confirmed using 10 PCR tests and 26 antigen tests.
