Coronavirus: 29 New Cases Confirmed Monday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- San Angelo kicked off the second week of October with nearly 30 new confirmed cases of COVID-19. Yet it even though daily case numbers have consistently risen, hospitalizations have dropped below ten.

On Monday, the San Angelo Health Department reported 29 new cases.

With the exception of one minor, all the cases belonged to patients above the age of twenty. Additionally, most cases belong to Tom Green County residents.

According to city officials, the cases were confirmed using 7 PCR tests and 22 antigen tests.
