Coronavirus: From 0 to 80 on Thursday Afternoon

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The daily case numbers once again surpass twenty on Thursday afternoon. On Thursday, the San Angelo Health Department reported 24 new cases. 

While the past few days have shown cases in more adults than in children, today’s youngest patient is one month old and the oldest is 80.

According to the health department, the majority of cases continue to belong to residents of Tom Green County. Nearly one-third of today’s cases are patients under the age of 20.

There are currently 657 active cases and 21 hospitalized patients. The total number of positive cases is 3,285.
