August 28 is National Red Wine Day

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Today is National Red Wine Day!

According to the National Day Calender, on August 28th, National Red Wine Day ushers in the flavors of fall. As the grapes ripen and signal a time for warmer sips, wine drinkers know reds mean tailgating and spicy foods.

There are many places to get ahold of some good red wine in San Angelo. You can go taste wine at the In VIno Veritas, Brix Winery, or the Chistoval Winery. 

Remember drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
