Crawfish, Live Music, and Cheap Beer: Just a Few Things to Kick Off Spring Break in San Angelo

For San Angeloans staying in town this weekend but still looking for something to do to kick off Spring Break, have no fear; there will be plenty of things happening at the local bars to ensure a good time.

Midnight Rodeo

Tonight, rising star Sam Riggs will take the stage with Texas Country veteran Randy Rogers. The acoustic show kicks off at 10 p.m., however, beginning at 4 p.m., the musicians will be at Hastings for an in-store signing.

More information on Sam Riggs can be found here.

Blaine's Pub

The Ray Johnston Band will be on the Blaine's stage tonight, and Fort Worth native Chris Watson tomorrow night.

Sunday, the downtown pub will be hosting a free crawfish boil, and entertainment will be provided by Jimmy Lee Jones. The festivities kick off at 4 p.m.

The House of Fifi DuBois

The "groovy," laid back venue welcomes back the Michael Lee Band for both Friday and Saturday nights. Both shows will kick off at 9 p.m.

Shenanigan's Sports Bar & Grill

While one of San Angelo's favorite sports bars will be taking a break from entertainment this weekend, there are still plenty of reasons to stop by. They will have delicious food specials all weekend long and $3 domestic rockets on Sunday. For those not looking for loud music, this is the perfect place to enjoy a great meal and play a game of shuffle board or darts with some friends.

Concho's Downtown

Trading Company, "a Texas-based band with a rustic sound," will be entertaining this venue on Saturday night. The music starts at 9 p.m., so head in early and enjoy one of their fabulous pizzas before the show.
