Baird ISD Goes Remote After Staff Tests Positive for Coronavirus

BAIRD, TX – After having four staff members test positive for COVID-19, Baird ISD will transition to remote learning until Christmas break begins.

"While we have no confirmed cases of students who have tested positive, some of these staff members have been in close contact with some of our students," said Superintendent Tim Little. "We plan to resume face-to-face instruction on Jan.5."

Beginning Friday all students will receive remote instruction until December 18.
